Friday, February 17, 2023
- 6:00PM — Doors open
- 7:00PM to 10:00PM — Paddle Party with OVER 20 VENDORS!
- $5 for 1st paddle & $3/each additional; $5/betting chips
- 6:00PM to 9:00PM — kitchen open w hot foods for sale
- Soft drinks, coffee, tea & bottled water available for purchase
Saturday, February 18, 2023- 1:00PM to 5:00PM — Children's Carnival Games & Bounce House
- 1:00PM to 5:00PM — Home Cooking a la Carte (see flyer)
- 1:00PM to 5:00PM — Wine Bottle & Soda Pop Bottle Pull
- 1:00PM to 5:00PM — Homemade Baked Goods
- Soft drinks, coffee, tea & bottled water available for purchase
- 2:00PM — Children's Magic Show
- 3:00PM to 4:00PM — Balloon Sculptures

To ALL MQS Parishioners

The Mary Queen of Saints Parish Carnival will take place on February 17 thru 19, 2023 at St. John the Baptist Pastoral Center (1501 Virginia Avenue, Monaca, PA 15061) in Monsignor Farri Hall. All MQS parishioners will receive by mail information and raffle tickets in January. Raffle tickets can be returned by mail (When purchasing, DO NOT MAIL CASH; make check payable to 'Mary Queen of Saints Parish' and note on memo line 'MQSP Winter Carnival'.); or placed in a sealed envelope marked “MQSP Winter Carnival” then dropped in the collection basket at Mass.
HOW CAN I HELP?
Begin by purchasing and/or selling MQSP Carnival Raffle Tickets. (Available starting in early January 2023.)
You can also help by selecting and providing any of the items needed for the event as listed on the donation board to be found in the vestibule entrance of each church of our parish. The item(s) selected can be:- dropped off after Sunday Masses at any of the churches
- mailed to St. John the Baptist Pastoral Center
- brought to St. John the Baptist Pastoral Center or Church week days between 9:00AM and 1:00PM up to Sunday, February 9. 2023
Additionally, you can help by volunteering — a little or a lot! Please check our parish website and/or bulletin for the latest information on this major effort. Sign up to be a carnival volunteer. Make plans now to have fun and participate in any or all of the events!

About Raffle Tickets
The stubs from sold tickets and ticket money as well as all unsold tickets can be:
- turned in via the collection basket in a sealed envelope marked 'MQSP Winter Carnival'
- dropped off at the SJB Pastoral Center located at 1501 Virginia Ave., Monaca, PA 15061, Monday thru Friday, from 9:00AM to 1:00PM
- sent to the SJB Pastoral Center Office by mail. (Please do not mail cash! Make checks payable to 'Mary, Queen of Saints Parish' and please write 'MQSP Winter Carnival' on the memo line.)

If you are interested in assisting as a volunteer for the MQSP Winter Carnival, complete and submit the online form OR contact Barb Brummit at 724.544.0816. Your help will be very much appreciated. Please note all parishioners from any of our parish's church locations are welcome to volunteer.

STUDENT VOLUNTEERS
Here is your chance to not only help in a parish project,.. but also fulfill service hours! There will be many opportunities to get hours by participating as a volunteer at the MQSP Winter Carnival. Students who attend any of the churches in our parish community are welcome to volunteer (whether you need 'service hours' or not). Complete and submit the online form OR contact Barb Brummit at 724.544.0816 for further information and to sign up.
